Recognizing some missing ingredients in my own leadership approach, I started working with Nick Engels for a different perspective. I got more than I bargained for. Over the past 18 months I have become more self-aware and more confident; less driven by the approval of others, and less anxious in response to challenges at work and at home. My relationships with loved ones, friends, and colleagues are deeper and more meaningful, and I am less afraid about revealing my own limitations to others.
